ODS to PDF

All sheets are included, in the order they appear in the workbook, following the print layout saved in the file. Hidden sheets and print ranges are handled the way LibreOffice Calc would handle them when printing.

The converter uses the page style stored in the ODS file, so columns that don't fit the page width continue on following pages, the same way Calc prints them. To keep a table on one page, set landscape orientation, a print scale, or narrower columns in Calc before converting.

There are no conversion settings; the PDF follows the paper size, orientation, margins, and scaling saved in the spreadsheet. Adjust those in Calc under Format and Page Style, save the file, and convert again.

The conversion is done by LibreOffice itself running in your browser, so cell formatting, borders, merged cells, and embedded charts are rendered the way Calc would print them.

Download the sheet from Google Sheets as OpenDocument (.ods) and upload that file. XLSX files aren't accepted here; use Excel to PDF for those.

The LibreOffice engine is a large WebAssembly download that's fetched the first time you convert in a session, and the progress bar shows it loading. Once it's loaded, further conversions in the same tab start right away.

One file downloads under the same name with a .pdf extension. Two or more are converted in sequence and packaged as ods-to-pdf.zip with one PDF per spreadsheet.
